7. Data Retention
- Email and client correspondence — retained for a minimum of 7 years following the close of any engagement, in line with the Limitation Act 1980 and HMRC requirements.
- Project files and deliverables — retained for a minimum of 3 years following project completion, and may be retained indefinitely for portfolio purposes where no confidentiality restriction applies.
- Unanswered enquiries — where an enquiry does not result in a contracted project, related correspondence is retained for up to 2 years and then reviewed for deletion.
- Anonymised analytics — may be retained indefinitely as it does not constitute personal data.
To request deletion of personal data (subject to the above retention obligations), contact office@houseofcreep.com. We will respond within 30 business days.
8. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
As a UK-based business we are subject to UK GDPR. Where applicable, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data (subject to our retention obligations)
- Object to or restrict our processing

Our services are strictly prohibited for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from minors. 11. Unsolicited Ideas & Submissions
Unless a formal confidentiality agreement is in place, any idea, concept, brief, or creative material you send to us is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. This does not transfer any copyright in the submitted materials to us — copyright remains with you. If you require confidentiality before sharing, request a Non-Disclosure Agreement first.
12. AI-Generated Content & Data
House of Creep uses artificial intelligence tools in the production of creative content. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any use you make of content we deliver complies with all applicable laws.
You may not submit, upload, or include any content from our website into any AI training dataset or model fine-tuning corpus without our explicit written consent.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you must not scrape or systematically extract our content, submit it to AI training datasets, or use our name or branding to impersonate House of Creep or mislead third parties.
14. International Transfers
Where we use third-party services that may transfer data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
15. Online Content & Published Material
We reserve the right to remove, correct, or retract any published content at any time without notice.
